"The Possibility of Life's Destruction" is a bonus track of the self-titled debut album Soulfly, released in 1998. This is the final track on the digipak edition but it is the penultimate track on the 25th Roadrunner anniversary edition released in 2005. It was originally recorded by the band Discharge for their 1982 album Hear Nothing, See Nothing, Say Nothing, one of two Soulfly songs that were Discharge covers, the other is the previous track "Ain't No Feeble Bastard". This Soulfly song was written by original Discharge vocalist Tezz Roberts.
Lyrics[]
"Nice!"
Can you hear the sound of an enormous door slamming in the depths of Hell?
The possibility of life's destruction
Can you hear the cries of pain, the mournful sound?
The possibility of life's destruction
Can you hear the sound of an enormous door slamming in the depths of Hell?
The possibility of life's destruction
