The Song Remains Insane is the first video album by Soulfly, released on March 1, 2005 through Roadrunner Records. The video was directed by Kimo Proudfoot and produced by Villains and Jason Cohon. The video has sixteen tracks — eight live songs, four music videos, three bonus clips and one bonus audio track. Two of the music videos are the same songs that also played live earlier in the video. There are three Sepultura covers in the DVD. The video features interviews with Max Cavalera.
